Ronald Koeman discussion

It all looks very different already.

I like how you can see him individually coaching the players and getting stuck in. Also occured to me that Deulofeu probably likes the idea of having Koeman here given he will have grown up at Barca knowing Koeman as a Barca legend.

58seconds, if he puts his hands on Mo again I will actually kill him.
It's all in the hips....

I know it's the first week but will this be the "usual" form of training? I was under the impression his coaches took training and he just watched from afar (never really liked this method myself).

Judging by these he doesn't look the type to stand off and not be involved... Id imagine he would want to set the standard, so if he didn't get involved normally he wouldn't now.

He said something about a few "exercises" (I didn't take that to mean physical) being organised so that the players and manager/technical staff could get to know each other better. Also mentioned hoping to have a coffee with players during downtime.

Sounded like a break the ice thing you'd find at a more average workplace. Didn't think that was the norm in football but I guess they have to have some way of indeed "breaking the ice" as a group.

"Write down two things about yourself, one true and one false" The possibilities for Niasse are endless :)

They were / have been commonplace where I have worked. I worked for one company that had people from all over the world in the office and for some reason, all the new Norwegian members of staff walked out at induction and refused to participate in any of that silly nonsense. :)

Notice in these things that Gibbo seems to be fit as a fiddle and everything is so easy for him. He doesnt even break a sweat. Pity his legs can't do 90.
