The squad is currently woeful and seemingly full of the wrong kinds of character, but he needs to be doing himself some favours and dropping the gutless, spineless, heartless bottlejobs and unleashing a few of the kids.

No identity with our play, I don't know what plan A is, never mind the manger having a plan B. Players look lost an don't have a clue.
If he's saying that these players can't play the way he wants to play, don't play them. We've got some really promising youth players who would wear the shirt with pride and do more than some of the rotten apples in the current squad.
We're in a horrible position once again it seems, players an manager not working together and it's us the fans that suffer. Some of these players think that they can be at the club longer than managers, that 'they will go before we do'. These players need to go, an Koeman needs to make sure that he gets it right with the incoming players. If he gets it wrong, and carries on as we are, he won't be far behind them.

The problem is koeman.
From what he has said so far and the performances on the pitch then the issue is obvious. Now we know our squad isn't as good as we thought it was but thst isn't the point right now. The point is, actually quite funny when you think about it.
We are playing a set of players to do a certain tactic which the manager knows they can't play. So we aren't getting results because we are asking fish to climb a tree every week, despite knowing the fish can't climb. We have got lucky and a gust of wind has blew the fish up the tree for the result but generally it's not going to be like that every week.
Crazy analogy aside. If the players knowingly can't play the tactics then why so we insist on playing them anyway? Bloody hell koeman, just change the approach and the team to one that will get results and worry about the players being right when you can do something about it. It seems like koeman to be fair doesn't have a clue what he is doing, just hoping for the best every week and that lukaku can carry the team to a win.
And I back koeman, this isn't a koeman out opinion, genuinely just need to play to players strengths rather than hope they can suddenly adapt to a system which hasn't worked in 4 months now.
