I liked him last time, he did well getting us up the correct end of the table.

Not sure I’m up for him now.

No he would be a terrible idea, short term he would get the players fit and drilled, we would be hard to beat, long term he would bang his head constantly on that glass ceiling yet again, even with the money, hes flawed and the majority of the fanbase despises him, but looking at our league placing currently I can see Kenwrong thinking him the "right choice".

Sacking Koeman proofs that buying expensive is not a guarantee for success. I was so optimistic in July, now it's back to zero.

What a shame to end like this but I think his stubborness caused him his job. Maybe he will manage the Dutch national team now.

Degsy Mountfield talking about the sacking, saying what plenty have said, that Koeman just never got the club, never got the passion of the club, also questioning the DOF role, that Moyes would be a backwards step.

Talking sense there Mountfield. Unlike a lot of ex players for other clubs, you can always hear how respectful ours are and how passionate they are. You could tell he didn't like Koeman but put it in a respectful way.

I've always loved that about the majority of our ex players, it's still "we" "we're" "us" but done on a respectful way.

zero sympathy for Koeman. The guy walks away millions for being crap at his job and will probably still land on his feet because he'll make out it wasn't his fault.
