I don't think it's that hard to get us top 6. Out if the competitors, only us and the RS don't have Europe to contend with.
We have one of the 6 best squads already, just need a top keeper which should be fairly simple. I think buying that and not selling anyone would get us top 6 but we'll do more strengthening than that.

Yep, a bit more organisation, a willingness to change tactics when need be, and ffs improve the fitness, I mean a huge improvement on fitness, should see us improve drastically.
Add a bit more quality and we are going places.

Fitness is a big thing for me, i think a lot of players who probably half arsed it under Martinez are in for a shock! Apparently Koeman is more of a task master for fitness.

Well, the fitness under martinez was non existent anyways, so the half arses where ever worse.

Been talking to a (sensible) Saints fan this morning.

He's not overly arsed that Koeman is leaving to double his wage. Who wouldn't do that? He's more annoyed that Koeman seemed to laugh off suggestions that he'd leave and said he'd see out his contract.

Also, says that Koeman will bring out the best of all our players and get us back up the table. But did say that the youth thing may be a problem. Apparently not keen on bringing youth players through. Soz @Mikey_Fitzgerald .

Also reckons that Moyes, Howe, and AVB are on their shortlist! And that if they get Moyes or AVB he won't be renewing his season ticket.

He did a spendid job at Feyenoord with their youth. Maybe that's changed because he had money to spend at Soton. Or maybe he thought the youth at Soton wasn't good enough.
