Ronald Koeman

Ronald Koeman...good choice for us?

  • yes, he'll get us top 6 and stability

  • no, it's uninspiring even if top 6 is back on

  • josé on toast

Dust has settled on the 'confirmation of Koeman'.

Still though I'm massively underwhelmed. I've read a bit more into Koeman and what he's about but he doesn't fill me with confidence that we're going massive places nor does it convince me that Moshiri has the pulling power and ambition a number of the ITK's made out to be the case.

Why are you so incredibly negative? Also, if you're who i think you are, what have you got against ITK's?

I honestly think some of our fans have something massively wrong with them, because most rational adults should be able to wait until Koeman completes his family holiday for him to be officially unveiled as the new Everton manager. You all know who you are. The club is very calm about the fact that he's away as would any rational adult. Grow up and wait. Then we get the pathetic old line of "oh he's not very motivated is he?" GTFO with that nonsense, he's an extremely accomplished player/manager and you don't get were he's got by being unmotivated. For the last time: Until the players get back from the Euro's THERE'S NOTHING HE CAN DO! Why on earth should he rush back from his family holiday (when he only has a couple of weeks Window every year to do so) just to satisfy some of you pathetic bedwetters!

So what conclusions has this thread come to.....Koeman is not motivated, not a workaholic and the board have been underwhelming with there choice and have disappointed because we didn't get Mourihno or Emery despite getting our 1st choice. A positive Evertonian is a rare thing to find nowadays because there is always a BUT....

Think we should just relax and let our to be gaffer enjoy the rest of his holiday then welcome him on his return. A little praise for the mosh for showing ambition and fighting to get his no. 1 target. Can't help but be positive and I invite everyone to try and be the same instead of slating our new to be manager and Moshira.
