Ross Barkley joins Chelsea, er, Villa on loan

Go in for him in January Marcel

I think Sarri values him. He’s first sub for either Kante or Kovacic ahead of Bakayoko Fabregas Drinkwater Loftus Cheek. One injury in that midfield and he’s playing first team. I’m not sure he’d swap that for standing upfront waiting 90 minutes for Schneiderlin or Gueye to finally get their head up knowing at any point your hamstring will pop again because you’re at the most injury plagued team around.

Some butt-hurt blues are sooo desperate for him to fail, that they even make up howhis performances are. He was fine tonight, played well.
I thought he was rubbish personally, ambled round the pitch, was hesitant and almost cost chelsea a couple of times with his poor passing.

It's also not butt hurt, its having a genuine dislike for him down to the absolute rat of a man he is. His playing ability doesn't come in to it.

Thats my point.

lol at people still calling him a rat because we didn't get an extra 20 million for him which we would have never got anyway because no club was willing to spend £35 million on him.

In the second half He was awful last night, broke down Chelsea attacks nearly every time and started a couple of good Liverpool counter attacks, a headed back pass that fell to sturridge.
Didn't want him to leave but he will never change his footballing brain.

Nope

Who’s better ?

He’s a player that presently suffers a little from having team-mates who lack his speed of thought. In this regard, Everton was definitely a better ‘fit’ for him.

And then chose not to sign him... meaning they weren’t willing to sign him for £35 million...
And this was nothing to do with them realising they could get him cheaper if they let him run his contract down further while he was sponging of our medical facilities. They told him to stay at Everton, get better and then we will get you in January for less. The idiot did it (and probably profited more off it) and became the most hated former Everton player of my life time.
