Believe it or not the consensus on here is that Barkley didn't get ridiculous amounts of stick from the fans.

I mean of course he absolutely did, but that's what people on here actually believe.

Didn’t see the whole game. Caught a bit of it and whilst I was watching he basically stood in the middle of the pitch & took the ball from the best passer of the ball in the league Jorginho & tried to move Chelsea forward made some great passes forward.

Shame some just want to be proved correct so can’t admit he is a Monumental loss to the club

Most of us did, he had his own song remember and look what good it done us. A few idiots booing him now and again where well drowned out by the real fans cheering him. Wish people would just accept he felt it was time to move on, to better himself and stop using it as a stick to beat our own fans with. The only part I do not like about it, apart from losing a good player for buttons, is the way him and his agent engineered that move.
