I think most top flight players are "class players". In terms of talent there is probably very little between them all.

Mentality is what separates the good from the great, if a player needs a hell of a lot of confidence placed in him (and I agree he does) then is he really THAT good of a player?

He suffers from a chronic lack of confidence as well as composure. But there's no doubting when he's on blob he is a major talent.

I honestly think he would improve us as he is the type of player that suits a Silva 4-3-3. Him and Gomes playing with a proper 6 and we would be far more dangerous. Unfortunately he left and we'll never see the player he could have been. Chelsea is a car crash his confidence will be eroded further than it was under Koeman and he'll end up following the Rodwell route. Leave Chelsea fir struggling Premier team not make an impact there and eventually drop down the divisions. The worst thing was he changed his mind about going to Chelsea and they got rid of Koeman in that time but his greedy agent still steered him down the incorrect path.
