ha ha ha! maybe you should spend some time at Imperial wharf then, around the design centre. You'll see the players doing warm ups occasionally, and going for little jogs around the harbour. If I can figure out how to post pictures up here i'll get some of the selfies from colleagues. The hotel right next to the design centre (Chelsea Harbour Hotel) is where Barcelona stayed when they played Chelsea a year or so back. It had press camped outside for a couple of days watching players get on the coach.
No idea why they warm up here, maybe they do it on match days so they don't have to drive up from Cobham. Maybe it's because a few live around here, Juan Mata had his Cayenne parked under our office when he was at Chelsea.

having just googled "Chelsea players spooted at Imperial wharf", there is a Sun article that says the Chelsea Harbour Hotel is their official team hotel, and has pictures of Conte in there. Guess they meet there as it's close to the ground on match days, away from the chaos of the stadium. But what do I know, I'm a weirdo who knows nothing and all my colleagues are blind and taking selfies with random strangers. :)

Proper strange the Barkey situation. It's something that perhaps should be looked into, leaves a bitter taste in the mouth to be honest, but Joe Anderson needs to [Poor language removed] his fat face up. Calling the police about it. Really?

Have my apology precious. Still them at a hotel isn't quite the same as them training by a river is it. Bet you don't boo them either melt
