Played well today, just don't see it very often.

Not saying too muchHe's extremely inconsistent and lacks the intelligence of the genuine top attacking midfielders but he would absolutely walk in to our side. He was everything today that Gylfi was not.
I reckon if you were all nice to him and didn’t boo he’d be back like a shot. He loves Everton, despite the manner of his departure. When he retires you’ll be referred to as ‘we’ by him. It certainly won’t be us who are. Nevertheless I like him.
I actually want to see him play, but if everyone is fit he won’t get in the team. My point was though that he’ll always be an Evertonian, much like Graham Stuart who always backs you against us.LOL.
That`s just a polite way of saying there`d be no tears shed if he moved on in the Summer lol
Plus I don`t think he`d be safe in the City Centre anytime soon.

I used to play district football against him back in the mid-80s. He was considerably more talented than me. I think he was a bit unlucky not to play for England. A good top flight pro ( too good for us at the time) but slightly short of top class. Anyway I’ve always liked him and totally understand his close affiliation with Everton and his affection for your club. Spackman on the other hand....Even after he left us Stuart`s family remained on Merseyside - there`ll all still here, I used to see him quite regularly at my lads rugby - his son played for an older age group. A proper gent and all round nice guy.
