These things are soon forgotten.

If people are honest with themselves they'd accept that if Calamity Koeman hadn't turned up and completely put the skids under the player and we'd had a manager more appreciative of what he can do and was able to develop him more then he;d still be here now.
Dave he was utter crap in the 2nd and 3rd season under martinez. Nothing to do with koeman mate

I just see the face of a rat.......

You've no more proof to say Koeman forced Barkley out then I'd have to suggest Koeman was like a second farther to the lad. The only thing we know for certain is that Barkley had arguably the best season of his career under Koeman last season so his tough love reigeme hardly had that much of a negitive effect.

The reailty is Barkley probably wanted out because he saw how poor we were going to be this season and wanted no part of it. Which is a decision I could of understood even if it saddened me. If the lad had just been honest and gone in the summer, rather then hanging around like a bad smell for six mouths while using the club and doing us out of 20mill I'd of wished him well. As things are, I hope he fails miserably.
He had no idea how good or bad we would be. He is not that smart.

It doesn't take sombody smart to see how bad we are mate. If he's seeing the team every day and reporting back to his agent then it's not a push to see what happened. He's clearly a moron but I think it's safe to say that he might have an idea of how bad we were going to be after watching a couple of training sessions with this laughable side.

Antonio Conte has revealed he is worried about Ross Barkley despite having signed the midfielder just three weeks ago.

Barkley made his Blues debut in Chelsea's 2-1 Carabao Cup defeat a week ago - and got off to an uneasy start when he upset Conte on the touchlines.

Conte ordered Barkley to disrobe about ten times before the order finally clicked with his new signing, leaving the Italian riled.

And the Chelsea boss's thoughts on the player don't seem to be getting any better.

Barkley arrived at the club injured, but speaking prior to Chelsea's home clash against Bournemouth, Conte revealed it's not Barkley's physical state that concerns him.

"I thought I’d find a player who was not in good physical condition," said the Chelsea boss. "Instead, I was surprised to find a player in good physical condition.

"For this, he needs a bit of period to go into our idea of football. To understand this. My worry is not about his physical condition, but to get into our idea of football."

"In every game when you decide to play for a great team, in every game you are in contention with other players.

"You have to try and exploit every chance you have to play and show you deserve to play.

"The time is right to find a place in the World Cup (squad), but for sure it won’t be easy because, in the England squad, they are very strong."

Conte the latest manager in a long line to pick on him for being 'slow'.

Arl arse, that.
