I'm not saying they are completely wrong, I just think putting him in central midfield is a bit of a risk on the managers part. Don't think Barkley is made for that position.

I think that site is populated by a majority of knee jerking idiots with only a few sensible people posting, apparently the team has been playing **** as a whole and as a result they expect an inexperienced 18 year old to win every game for them simply because some blurt referred to him as the new Rooney.

Saw the game on frst row sports and because of the run of bad rersults S Weds kept it tight and concentrated on not conceding. Bit of a kick and rush team to be honest whereas Ross needs to play in a team where the accent is on keeping possession. Can't ever see him tracking back and tackling enough to satisfy Moyes, needs to play much closer to the striker. Can see him fading away and not fulfilling his potential.

As somebody else said on that forum, they had Agbonlahor on loan and all thought he was crap too.

Obviously we're expecting more from Barkley than Agbonlahor, but it shows that a good player can't just go and start smashing goals in when he's playing in a garbage team and a lower league.
