Really?? When? Can you tell me the last 3 times he's played there?
He's very rarely played behind the striker in the last 10 years, and when he has, he's rarely looked good imo.
Spurs at Goodison in march is one, off the top of my head. Sunderland too, when we won 4-0.

i'm pleased about this. I checked out a couple of Wednesday forums and they seem to really like him. The consensus is that he took a while to settle but that he's not starting to show his class, with the game on Friday being his stand-out performance.
One Wednesday fan said he played a pass in the first 5 minutes of the game on Friday that no Wednesday player of the last ten years would have been capable of.
I hope he stays there for a long time. It will do his confidence the world of good, and he'll learn a hell of a lot.

I can't blame Osman for how anonymous our midfield is. He's playing alongside Neville, and it only takes five minutes of watching an Everton game to understand who is the bigger problem.
Osman isn't a world beater but he's been solid enough for us. In fact, when he's played alongside Gibson and Neville has been banished to right back then Osman looked really good at the tail end of last season.
