I see you've stopped debating about the topic at hand and you're just resorting to cheap shots.

Carry on with the transparent bitterness.

Bitterness?

Lost me there. The debate is turgid, you reckon you know better than Moyes when it comes to Barkley & most appear to think that you don't.

I think that about sums it up

I did think it was a shame that he didn't come on tbh. Would be surely more valuable for him to get match practice than the likes of Hitz and Naismith. Oh well.

That post doesn't even make sense...

How is Moyes starting him, or Barkley not starting, relevant to his performance ?

A lot of people thought that Rodwell was going to be ace as a result of that United goal, and i've often seen questions like 'where did it go wrong after THAT goal' asked on here. The point is that QPR was just one game over a year ago. Whether you like it or not, seeing a player every week in training gives you more authority to decide whether a player is ready or not than a few sub appearances and one impressive performance against QPR.
Dont be soft Brennan - having nothing to do with the club means you know far more about the players than Moyes.

I love the way people seem to think Barkley is the next xavi and moyes is holding him back for what ever reason. What ever reason Moyes is using Barkley is for his own good and development.

Do you think he enjoys playing Neville every week...well yes he dose but the point is he is not stopping a world class player from being in the side he is nurturing a developing teenager in the best way he knows how. Some young players react well from being dropped in the deep end so to Speke but doing that to some young players can destroy a young players confidence, which could take years to rebuild to a level where a manager can get the best out of them. I trust what ever moyes is doing with Barkley is what's the best for him.

If you cant see another 10minute (minimum) viewing of Barkley should have been on the cards I think your head is parked up your deluded Arse and therefore have no reason to read your drivel again.

It's the hypocrisy though. You build the lad up and then bury him inside 24 hours - again.

I'm not a football manager, I'm not saying I'm 100% right on the Barkley issue, but I'm just putting myself in his shoes and I'd be very annoyed about how my career has been handled up till now.

If Moyes had no intent to play him, why did he recall him from Sheff Wed? He's clearly two or three places down the pecking order so why not allow the kid to keep playing actual football?

Where should he be after his triple leg break and making his debut a year ago?

Where should he be after his triple leg break and making his debut a year ago?

He should be on the fringes of the first team making good solid cameo appearences with the odd starting birth at home to lesser teams.... Yano to give him premiership experience and all that!

Don't think he'll learn much in 10 minutes against a team worse than the one he was loaned out to.
Could of played him but wanted to ensure we got through I can understand that.
ps 5-1 you miserable gits.
