International football should be banned forever, it serves no purpose, just have a EC and WC every 4 years, forgot qualifiers, just pick the teams based on Fifa/Uefa rankings.
I just dont care. Even if England got to the final of either competition, I would find it tough to get motivated to watch it.

Well... no, but I think they should save the qualifiers until the summer time, make it like a mini tournament. This has come at a terrible for us thougj, granted.

Currently sat here watching some Brazilian football, as you do. There's a player for Santos making his 100th appearance for the club and he's only 19 years old. His name is Felipe Anderson (his wiki doesn't say 100 games but I've been assured tonight is in fact his 100th appearance for Santos)

Anyway, to cut to the chase, it got me thinking about Barkley and how there's always an excuse lined up as to why he doesn't get more opportunities. Now I just want to laugh at the whole mentality on youth players and when to play them over here.

Or

You could listen to Michael Owen who says his career ended early because he played to many games early on.

200 by the time he was 19 or something.

Say he didn't play those 200 games, and played them now, would his performances be better now or back then? I'd hazard a guess he actually did get to play his best footy when he did.

Honestly think that Owen's case is unique and that the RS's physios were directly responsible for poor management of his original injury, not the amount of games he played.

Barkley would be perfect in the Fellaini role. Small risk in that position. No reason why he shouldnt be playing on Saturday.

We'll see Neville or Hitzlsperger though.
