Im presuming Chester Races is like Aintree Races and have u seen town when the national is on??? Its like the drowning scenes from titanic (without the water) Tho i have seen Medication letting out, just as bad.

Yeah mate. Swerve the place myself.

I go on occasion because everyone else does but jibbed it off tonight as it's getting a bit samey. Thank God I did. Me, copious amounts of alcohol and Ross Barkley are not a good mix for a public establishment given this week's revelations ffs.

Can just imagine you begging him to stay saying you'll buy the next round or something.

Another side to the coin could be that he didn't want to play him too much so that interest in him would be minimal.

Wishful thinking.
That's like having hearing difficulties and not turning your hearing aid on because it wears the batteries out.

Absolute tosh, he played those players out of position because we needed players in those position at the time. Moyes would not have been able to blood a lot of the youth that he has if he played them in their correct position. Felli played behind the striker when we had a crisis and didnt have one striker fit. We were in dire need of wide players which was why rodwell and coleman were deployed there, watch this space, Ross' 18th birthday is today (Happy birthday mate!) and he'll start to feature so much more when he signs his professional contract
is that right

Admit I got it wrong, hands up high! Would love to know the reason why he isn't playing though?

All i would like to know is what crack the board of our club are smoking. If they think selling our brightest young talent for a bit of cash to clear the debt is logical then i worry for their sanity.

You know those attendance drops that Elstone was moaning about ? Well lets see what happens to them if/when we sell two of our best players this summer. Absolute tits the lot of them.

Everyone knows we have to sell though

Catch 22 I suppose. Revenue is getting lost through interest payments anyway so it's lower attendances and better financial books in the short term or higher attendances and gash financial situation ruling out any small hint of a takeover interest from anyone. All we can do is hope for more bargain signings and a spawny 04/05 thrown in every once in a while. We've always known it, we're absolutely f*cked and doing a Villa is only a few gash signings away imo.

I really hope that we wouldn't sell Barkley without even giving him a chance in the team. Would seem a bit insane to allow him to develop behind the scenes and then ship him off without even playing much for us.

I too would question the board's sanity in shipping him off to clear some of the debt.

Edit: It would seem more logical to bring him into the first team floodlights and allow him to show his talent to build his transfer valuation up either way wouldnt it? Would seem that would be the logical way, that way we could potentially get more money and a decent year out of the lad IF WE HAD TO SELL HIM.
