No idea, all i know is he was on a mad one apparently. He's only 18 and will probably be off in the Summer anyway because this board is ****ing clueless so i don't blame him.
The word from inside the club is that is definitely not the case. But it's a mystery why he hasn't been involved pretty much at all.
This is what happens when somebody gets one thing right and suddenly thinks they know it all.
He's certainly ready now, ready to be transferred to another club where he can shine for years.

Its a scandal the boy hasnt played at least half of our games this Season.

Of course hes frigging ready, hes playing for the under 18s and Reserves constantly, mostly on crappy pitches nowhere near the quality of Premiership pitches.

But we've seen it all before in a way with Rooney haven't we ? He seems to have a problem getting along with young lads who come up through the ranks and have a lot of excitement surrounding them.
Man management of lads with a personality has to be Moyes' biggest failing as a manager imo.
The one thing which re-assured me about buying a ST for this season was that Barkley might get in the squad and actually make a difference to our first half of the season. It felt like we were back to building a complete squad again with Jelavic coming in and Pienaar returning, now that looks like it's all going to fall apart, AGAIN.
And Arsenal being ready to 'explode', now Wenger is splashing the cash in the Summer and i can see them challenging City and United for the title next season.
If you throw enough s**t at the wall something will stick eventually.
For the record, Villa are where they are due to getting a joke of a Manager in, who has ZERO respect from the fans and the players, money has NOTHING to do with their League postion.

Half the squad was at Chester Races today.
I don't really think Chester races is comparable to Medication mate ! Person i spoke to said he was drinking plenty, the place doesn't open till 10pm.
