We should renew his deal and double his wages in the process. We're going to be in an uncomfortable position at the end of the season if he really impresses this season. His current deal ends in 2016 and after this season its going to mean that we aren't going to be in the greatest negotiating position.

Lets not do what the rs did with sterling, double his wages after a handful of games.
 

It's mad. Not seen a player like Ross in a very long time, he appears to be a bit special, he is still so very young but appears to have the brain and demeanour of someone so much wiser.
