Brennan91, cheers for posting my video.

Barkley was by far the best player on the pitch and apart from a few sloppy passes he played really well. I really hope he can play more often this season, he needs to brush up on the few mistakes he did but I think that was mainly towards the end of the game when his concentration went down. He must of had a high Pass completion percentage for the game if I was to guess I'd say he would have had a percentage of around 80%.

He's so ace.

He's a lucky bugger really, as he has the skill, vision and the physique.

He does make some mistakes which is natural considering his style of play and his inexperience, but it will be criminal if Moyes under-utilises him again this year. We lack the kind of spark he has, and to be fair most teams do. But we don't have to.

I have no doubt he'll be playing for a title-winning, CL club within the next 5 years (if not sooner) but that would be even worse in my opinion if he goes before we get to see him do anything for us.

Excellent video. Needs to brush up on some of his short passing but I think that has alot to do with concentration as Brennan91 pointed out. He's playing a little too deep for my liking, with that footwork his position will undoubtably be behind the striker or even cutting inside from either flank. He's very much a no10. He tends to play deeper for the younger teams and I'm sure it'll benefit him in the future.

I'd cream me kecks if he started against United. A base of Fellaini and Gibson behind him is disciplined enough to palliate any lapses in concentration he has, even against Man U.

Barkley may be a big strong lad,but he is still only eighteen. He simply is not ready to play premiership football weekafter week..he would be burned out within three or four years.
Last season he was involved in about ten games, this season I would expect he will play in 15-20 games plus reserve and international games this season coming and next season he will be involved in a greater number of games again,it is a learning curve for Barkley as it is for most young players.
