It's gonna be Rooney euro 2004 all over again i tell ya, united or whoever will bid big for him and that'll be that. They can tripple the wage we'll offer and his agent is moyes son.

Going to end in tears.

Just gonna enjoy him for this season and try and forget about the inevitable

That the issue, worrying signs that he signed to Moyes relative.

Moyes' brother was/is Charlie Adam's agent. If Adam goes to United then maybe it's something worth worrying about.

Everton need to offer Barkley a new contract soon though, Martinez is the right manager for Barkley. Moyes has already proved that he isn't.

The utter arrogance of United fans on red cafe is beyond anything. Every comment is "should we leave him there for another year to develop" or "let's get him even though we'll be fleeced".

Agree with someone above: new contract & £65m buy out clause. And Mr Martinez to tell Kenwright that selling Ross would be the trigger for him to resign.
Red Café is a **** café...there is so much angst and wailing and gnashing of teeth...making their coffee damn bitter. Stay away from the joint is my advice. Man U is ****ed

I don't think its quite as cut and dry as Moyes jr is his agent. Sounds like he's signed to the same agency that he works for, but Moyes jr isn't particularly a big shot with them

There are furrowed brows among football agents that David Moyes Jnr, son of the Manchester United manager, is working as a middle man in the North West.

Moyes Jnr is employed by the Wasserman Media Group, whom he joined as an intern in 2011, with his duties said to include looking after young players and bringing others to the agency.

And with footballers on United’s books being so coveted by agents, it’s no surprise there is disquiet about the son of the Old Trafford boss competing for players — however lowly his current position within WMG.

Also I don't think him being with this group is a recent thing like United fans are trying to say. There's an article from when Cahill joined NYRB saying that his agent was the "Wasserman group who also represent Rodwell, Barkley and Donovan".

I think a lot of the United fans have put two and two together and got 7. But that's what can happen when someone tweets something as a fact and it gets retweeted hundreds of times

Totally agree Fox. I bet he's one of many young lids who were glad to see the back of him. Just easy for lazy reporters to link him to United because of the link.

Imagine how good Ross would be now if he'd played solidly for the last 2 years?

Lol at people saying ross will never play for moyes again, have you not read his comments about moyes ? It's a giant love in, he talks about how much moyes helped him and how much respect for him he has.

Yes, in public, he's hardly likely to say that Moyes was a massive bell who held back his development is he, regardless of what he says in private.

You think? I think he's been kind but dismissive off him. He obviously is never gonna come out and slate him, but reading between the lines you can see he doesn't like him.

“I’d say Roberto trusts me more, but David Moyes helped me a lot because he helped me come through a lot of injuries,” said Barkley, who used to have to catch two buses to get to training until he was 15.

“With David Moyes, he could have spoken to me a bit more. Roberto speaks to everyone a lot. I have been listening to him a lot and taking in everything that he says.

“He gave me a lot of confidence by telling me he feels I can be a big player for Everton, not just this season, but for many seasons.”
