This is the thing. He's got to be the start of building a team thru you bringing thru young homegrown talent and adding complementary pieces thru auspicious spending of our limited funds (!) We need to be thinking 4-6 years down the line - who else is coming thru for that timeframe, who can we get from outside who will be coming thru/top talent at that time...

I truly believe this. If we made CL this season wouldn't supprise me to see him here sooner rather than later.

I would imagine any true evertonian seeing his team with this sort of potential, a new young modern manager and a kid who will most likely take your "best ever produced" tag....Would certainly be wishing he could be part of it all, even if it's maybe not possible.
 
Was amazing last night seeing a Red speak glowingly and fairly about one of ours. You expect Neville to give a fair appraisal of anyone but Carragher?

Shows what impact Ross has had already this season and we all know he is only going to get better.

Honestly never had a problem with Carragher from anything he's said that i've seen mate, always respectful, family of blues and all that, FAR more palatable than the likes of gerrard, owen etc
