Maybe if Ross, Stones, Coleman, McCarthy, Mirallas and all these other players who are supposedly too good for us performed a bit better they would have champions league football at Everton. Amazing how many players there are in the squad who consider themselves good enough for the champions league yet when you put them all together theyre not good enough to get there. Funny that.

Thats it mate, sell the lot of the useless judas greedy mercenary gets the lot of them.

Good to see not everyone has been sucked In by their youthful exuberance and exciting but ineffective fotball.

Ridiculous post, if I were in a bad mood I'd neg you.

You just can't expect decent players to make up for Osman

No, when you put them together with the likes of Naismith, Osman, Alcaraz, Hibbert, and no players in key positions due to injuries (Traore, Kone, Gibson) they're not good enough for the Champions League. That's nothing to do with them.

See he retweeted this in December

@MikeTyson: Don’t be so quick to agree with anyone.

The plot thickens.

Im not saying theyre bad players or anything like that, of course not, they are our best players. Just annoys me when half our team are linked to top sides yet we cant seem to achieve anything as a collective. Also annoying (not that any of this lot have done it yet) when players mouth off about wanting champions league or thinking they're good enough when they've done nothing of note for their current club eg. Fellaini.

Ross hasnt always made our line up and hasnt always been consistent when he has despite his undoubted talent. How does this equate to us not being able to keep him if we dont get fourth next year. If any of these players were like Bale, singlehandedly responsible for keeping his team near the champions league spots then fine you could say they were too good for the team. None of the players listed here are too good for us yet. We all know they can do more (maybe Coleman aside).

Raheem Sterling has been declared the most valuable English footballer in a report published today.

The Liverpool attacker, who is in Roy Hodgson's World Cup squad, is deemed to be the 15th most expensive player in the world by Swiss-based research centre, the CIES Football Observatory, with his value estimated to be between €38.7m (£31.5m) and €44.9m (£36.6m)

He is one place ahead of Everton playmaker Ross Barkley, who valued between €36.8m and €42.8m (£30m and £34.9m).

They perhaps surprisingly head England team-mate Wayne Rooney, who is in 17th place with a price tag of between €36.7m and €42.7m (£29.9m and £34.8m).
