ummm, isn't the whole point of being u21 boss is to produce as much players for the national team as possible. you don't want them going to their first major tournament at the age of 26, you want that to be their 3rd or 4th major so they know what to expect and aren't so nervous and can get closer to peak form.
sounds like he wants all the good u21's to stay with him to produce better results and make him look more successful.

I agree somewhat. If he isn't going to play in the world cup, he should be playing for the u21s. However this is all irrelevant, as he should be playing in the World Cup

agree, i think english football talent is improving we just expect to much and it is costing the devlopment of the national squad, instead of it's not how you win it's how you play which is roberto's attitude which benefits the team in the long run from them improving and developing we are very much win any way you can which is just making us terrible and lack any idea as to how we play cause we keep changing it
