Man City have briefed the press as to who their target is next summer, encouraging them to print it in an effort to unsettle Barkley.
Seen this so many times before. Blatantly obvious what's going on.

City must be panicking about their ageing non-English squad, so have resorted to Man Utd-like tactics to try and unsettle Ross. They have briefed all the papers tonight but it will not succeed, in my opinion:
