I thought we had a very good player in Ross Barkley but now reading ex-managers, ex-players and some papers I think I may have been duped. We should have got Milner to replace Barkley in the summer.

Beardsley is probably the most underrated player in history IMO... Every striker he played with scored for fun.... Andy cole scored 42 league goals for Newcastle in his first season... Moved to Man U ... Won everything with a better team but never came close to matching that.... Linker got the golden boot in Mexico .... Beardsley was immense talking about him makes me remember that we sold him against he wishes .... FOR 1m so we could try buy dion Dublin

Neil Warnock coming out with some absolute tosh about Ross on talk sport. No wonder he is an abysmal manager. He belongs with all the other dinosaurs and is displaying the exact sort of attitude that stops England from winning anything. Roll on another tournament of watching yard dogs like Milner Henderson and Delph chasing the shadows of international midfielders.
