It's will be a sad moment. But the youth policy is sound. Get the best kids, ideally local, and give them every chance at making the first team and/ or a career in football. I'm sad that a local kid who supported the team doesn't think we can match his ambitions.

Im sad we can not offer him an attractive contract to stay!

Think the contract offered will be a good one, is it the prospect that he may not be an automatic choice as he was with RM that is giving him doubts, RK did say he would be bringing in competition for his place even if he decided to stay

If Ross was given the same offer surely that shows faith. If he's offered same wages as a £23m signing, then surely that's a very respectable offer?
