What we do know is that Ross was the only player called out in public.
Also given a public ultimatum despite numerous players being in a similiar contract position, causing him to be dropped too.

Not really bothered he's leaving but curious as to why.
If he's been offered a good deal - and it's impossible to think that he hasn't - then the mind boggles as to why a born and bred Evertonian would rather join Spurs.
I suspect he's just not mentally strong enough - and for that reason, it's best he goes.

To be honest, the players looked to have been all over the city doing goodwill gestures on behalf of the club today. Nevertheless I'm surprised at this announcement, I bet our 'sponsers' aren't to happy about this.

It's been great seeing them meeting the likes of Albino FC, Baines meeting the blind kids etc. It'll do wonders for the club image there, and hopefully the kids will be inspired by meeting our players.
