If Barkley does leave and we do sign Sigurdsson, we surely have to sign another 'creative' midfielder otherwise we will be in the same position as last season with no alternatives to Sigurdsson. Perhaps some young up and coming player ?
 

If Ross leaves and we find out he instigated the move then he is joining Tomasz Radzinski and Nick Barmby as the Beelzebub trio.

He may even take top spot due to supposedly being an Everton supporter. Rooney leaving you can kind of understand he was going to be a massive part of a club that was winning stuff left, right and centre. What's your excuse Ross?

Technically Davies and Klassen are creative in the sense that they can play pleasantly weighted through balls in tight spaces and have vision. I assume you mean someone who can dance with the ball and break some ankles as well? Barkley didn't consistently have either of the former

Agreed but he wants out. I would like another pacey skillful winger in the Mahrez mould to help provide more creativity.

Hmmm ....possibly. I've seen Dowell a few times and I'm far from convinced he'll become a PL player. He's got some talent but he just seems too lightweight for the top league. Conversely, I've seen less of Liam Walsh but he looks far more convincing , there is more about him than Dowell and he seems as talented. Unfortunately I think Walsh is a season away from the first team. Just my opinion ,like.
