Think it'd be more like this for away games, and maybe home games too? If we start sandro instead of gueye, we have no strikers to have on the bench, yet we have three in the starting XI
So that to me leaves:

Calvert-Lewin
as well as kenny, galloway, browning, pennington, walsh, williams, dowell, onyekuru, tarashaj, rodriguez and niasse, most of which will never play for us/again.
making limited appearances on the bench. McCarthy there seems to be values around the £20m mark (understandable value this summer), so really, imo should be sold. Especially with the numbers we have. You can't leave approx £20m just lying around in the reserves. But it's also a good bulk squad of 28 there, with a few youngsters out on loan and possibly another 1 or two to be added to the list.
i mean, on topic ... barkley doesn't seem to get in anyone's first team atm, but it's very possible that if he stays he could very much improve with better players around him. As people have said, he created the most chances last season, but only had 1 player who could actually finish them off, if he gets as much game time with 4 genuine goalscorers ahead of him, he could still prove to be a massive player for us.

Ive personally stopped putting him in "my teams" cos I currently think he wont be here much longer. If he was to remain, I would find a spot for him without question, even with signing Iceland.

If we signed Benteke I honestly think we would struggle to finish 7th.

None of them can get behind a defence. No pace there whatsoever. Also, Klaassen, Rooney and Sigu (if he is signed) would be very similar in style.
Here's my pick to add some pace and mobility from CM. I am biased on Besic I would give you that.

Benteke doesn't need pace. If we have the players to get behind defences and put the ball into the box he is the go to man to attack the ball from the edge of the area.
Not saying l want him but l think by playing to his strengths he could very well have as good a strike rate as Lukaku. His mobility or lack of is a concern, however, especially in cup competitions but he would be a starter in home games with Sandro playing the away legs.
