So essentially City pay the inflated fee and Spurs and us just recycle it. City pay £50 million for Walker, Spurs pay £50 million for Barkley, we pay £50 million for Sigurdsson. He's overpriced but so is Barkley with a year left on his contract and so is Walker.
At the end of the day, City overpay, Swansea benefit and Spurs and Everton just move the money and players about.
