It will be gutting to see him fulfill his potential elsewhere.

Thing is i dont think he will ever truly fulfill his potential. Hes too mentally weak, see jags telling him the boo's wernt directed at him in that england game, he cant take criticsm. He has all the ability in the world, but his decision making and discipline are the same as they were at 18. Hes just not improved much in the last 2/3 years.

Hes a luxury player, but doesnt influence play going forward enough to justify being given that role in the team.

Good luck to him though as its clear hes off......

Jack Rodwell was gonna be a world beater at 18 he it a level and never improved, and I feel this is exactly what's happened .I don't think Ross is ever gonna reach his full potential. Shame really he could be so good if he got his head in gear.
