Finally claiming ITK status
I think Everton is really taking the p***....just be straight with the fans about the situation. Same old crap there. Faking an injury is really infuriating the fans!
I don't think Koeman has anything to do with it. Spurs just haven't met our valuation.Think Koeman is playing with him. He knows hes going but wont let him go until near the end of the window.Ross wouldnt sign the contract when it was first offered so Koeman showing whos boss.
Fair point mate. As I was typing that post that was something I had in mind. But I was responding to another post and was simply using it as a point of reference. It wasn't in any way trying to say Ross is a comparable player to Ball. I'm just about old enough to remember him and he was one of the very few truly world class players to have played for us.In fairness mate, when Bally was playing they didnt have 12 meaningless England friendlies per year? It is easy to get a sackful of international apperances nowadays. Plus ANY comparison of fat head with the ginger-headed god, is utter, utter sacriledge!
Think that was more to do with the PR work than anything else. Him being African and all, he's probably somewhat of a star there.Bolasie went to Tanzania I think.
Think that was for publicity with the locals more than anything, looked hugely popular over there.Bolasie went to Tanzania I think.
On the contrary mate, my reference is about how dim he is being thinking that a move to Spurs (who play a much faster passing game than we do) would actually benefit him? I would love the Barkley who responded to being dropped by playing his nuts off to stay with us! The Barkley who coasted along in a sulk once Hodgson binned him can do one quite frankly!Fair point mate. As I was typing that post that was something I had in mind. However I was trying to make serious and reasonable point about Barkley having had great potential that will ultimately not be fulfilled. But going by your reference to the player in your post, it's obviously not a conversation I'll be having with you any time soon.
"Barkley has rejected the club’s offer of a new contract and seems unlikely to sign a deal while Everton manager Koeman is targeting more players for the same position with Swansea’s Gylfi Sigurdsson still on his wanted list."
From Paul Joyce - so he has rejected the offer.
How anybody is still in his corner is beyond me.
I'm undecided on whether he's staying here to recover from an actual groin injury or he's just flat out leaving in a week or so. Can he not go to the training camp and recover there?
Fair enough. See he's not going on tour today. Obviously off if we get close to our valuation. On the contrary mate, my reference is about how dim he is being thinking that a move to Spurs (who play a much faster passing game than we do) would actually benefit him?
