It hasn't really been kept quiet though. Koeman has made it clear that if he didn't sign the contract he would be sold. The fact that he hasn't travelled with the squad this summer only highlights him not being part of our plans anymore.

Maybe what we are seeing now is Koeman freezing him out like he said he would when he gave him the ultimatum at the end of the season. Do we even know if the contract offer is still there?

I doubt he's even got a locker anymore to be honest.

Club should issue a statement to this effect really.. not for the fans..but for other potential buyers. Would also call Ross'/his agent's bluff if it is just a money thing
