Interesting point that about the lower fee, can see why Everton said 50 at the start of the window even though it was totally unrealistic, my guess is Everton would be happy to sell at the end of the window so as to not strengthen another side (well the bench haha ) so early in the windowEither the player or the club are desperate for him to leave if they're running straight to the Echo to send a message to Spurs he'll accept less than is being reported to make the move. Either way it doesn't bode well for him staying.
50m for airhead Barkley. That would be funny!Sorry if already posted
From the Mirror:
Ross Barkley wants £150,000 a week to join Tottenham and Everton are demanding £50m for him, the Daily Mirror say.
The newspaper say Spurs value Barkley at more like £15m and that agreeing to his wage demands would make him the highest-paid player at the club.
Large difference in valuation
More like Sunderland. Our second team now...The lad will be sold to West Ham on deadline day.
He wont win if he's sitting on the bench most weeks. The only thing I'm annoyed about is the fact that he's nowhere near as good as half the players we have yet they keep their heads down and get on with the task at hand. Things suddenly become hard and he want's out, subsequently going to a better club in the process. How is it fair that he wins from this scenario??
the spurs ITK is probably the spurs version of the Esk, has absolutely no clue about transfers
he will not sign for 90k a week at spurs I suspect he's been offered more than that here, and if he has good riddance

Of all the top clubs, he probably has the best shot of not being eternal bench fodder at Spurs - but I still fear that's where he's going to end up.He wont win if he's sitting on the bench most weeks.
Oh so wait now when people say he's not all that it's fine cuz he's being a tit, but all of last season when I was saying it I was wrong and told off?

You mean some Kopite Gob has told him to go. I see the reasoning.I thought we decided the gangster conspiracy theory was the reason.
