Tbf Lallana has looked much better under Klopp, still wouldn't call him great but he's got 3 goals and 3 assists in his last 6 league games which is a decent vein of form.

Still think he is a massively overrated player he can't give the simple ball when its on instead he has to do a turn or elaborate. His performance against Spain for England was amongst the worst I've ever seen in an England shirts I appreciate everyone was poor but he was caught in possession of have to away almost everyone time he touched the ball
Lallana's not bad, and I think he'll be one of the few survivors of an imminent Klopp cull this summer.
He's certainly very erratic and his fitness has often been an issue. Anyhow just glad that Roy hasn't punted Ross over on the left wing instead of Lallana!

YEs suppose your right don't get me wrong I think we could use him at Everton but not at 25 million & he doesn't deserve to start certainly not above Lennon even if his form has been decent of late.
Agree would never pay the sort of price for him that Liverpool did but as for Lennon he hasn't played much on the left wing wheras Lallana has so from that point of view can understand it somewhat.

Yes but wellbeck would be on the left where he has played quite a lot & Lennon on the right. Anyway we've hijacked the Barkley thread enough.
On a closing note it's an absolute disgrace he is not starting the team should be built around him.
I'd probably expand it to a few more players as always think team built round just one player, however good, is a very risky strategy. However one built to get the best out Kane, Barkley, Dier, Sterling, Stones Butland and Alli would be pretty good and given all their ages could go on for a long time.
