That video is horrible - the fact Jags even has to tell him that, his confidence must be shot.

Makes you wonder if they hadn't been booed off, if they'd have played like they did in the second half? I don't agree with booing for this exact reason but a top manager wouldn't stand for the first half performance and the booing wouldn't have happened.

Booing at hald time at Wembley is disgusting
Hope the fans get the manager they deserve

Maybe mate, the fact of it yesterday was at that point(half time) in our biggest game of the season after all the garbage we've seen all season they hadn't turned up yet again, after the dissapointment when Lukaku had the pen saved,it was actually the Evertonians IMHO who turned the game around and they actually started to put a shift in.

He needs to use the hurt to drive him on, hes pretty weak mentally. Needs a manager that can be both bad and good cop as well

Dead right Dario. The fans had grasped the idea that the team had changed the momentum of the game and even after the penalty was saved, belief was growing on and off the pitch.

Fans have spent an awful lot of money to go to Wembley. The players gave such a poor performance on that first half they were entitled to vent their frustration and show their displeasure. As it was they were 'rewarded' with a good second half performance where the crowd really got behind the team for showing effort and passion. The very least you'd expect in an FA cup semi final.

When you look at Ross and you realise he's one of the best players in the world, it's easy to think "Hey, slow down a minute", but there's really no harm in getting carried away: he really is that good.

But why go, I was offered tickets but knew the players would struggle so couldn't be arsed. We have a gang of fans who boo stones, Barkley at home and people ask why is their confidence broke?

It's not just Martinez and the players to blame, some of the fans have to take the flak as well, what are we going to do when the next manager struggled in his second season or the players have a bad patch, boo

Oh no we are going to sign Jose and sign world class players now

Spot on BrownZ as usual.

Being badly wasted and left vulnerable by the clown in charge

It's no secret the lad can be quite fragile in terms of confidence. I remember him going to bits when he gave away a penalty away to Blackburn as a teenager. Moyes hooked him.

You can see him wilt when the Goodison crowd get on his case.

He's also admitted he was suffering a confidence of crisis which affected his form last season.

And that's what'll hold him back: himself.

Somehow someone needs to instill skyscraping self-belief and a streak of arrogance into him.

Which is ironic mate because
I honestly think if he had that sort of belief and arrogance he'd be playing for Madrid or another elite club absolutely running games by himself. I feel for the lad at times, imagine having that level of talent and potential and still doubting yourself
