Ross Barkley

If you cannot see how often he carelessly gives the ball away then I wonder what you are actually seeing when you watch him.

I hope he snaps out of it soon.

He'll have to unlearn a few things he's been told not to worry about for a couple of years but he has a massive amount of natural talent and is physically strong as well. If he had half of Gareth Barry's footballing brain he'd be world-class in years to come, but he's not as bright as Barry so he needs coaching.

Get a manager / coach in who works on stuff with him until it's ingrained and he'll be ace for us.

Genuinely have never seen this 'all the talent in the world' gubbins.

The lad is mediocre for the top level. His decision making is just too slow.

Sorry but I support Everton, not Ross Barkley.
My bird would spark your turtle.

Fantastic Cameo tonight, always difficult to get into a game late on but he showed strength, composure and along with some great passes he showed a great intricate side to his game. Well done Ross lad.

You're probably the same plebs who voted Moyes in on the other poll so you could see him sent back to Leeds on loan.

Thought he played crap myself.

If he ever stops giving it away carelessly then he will be almost perfect as the stats suggest he is miles ahead of the other England midfielders at keeping the ball.

Don't bore me saying stats this stats that it couldn't be more simple you either pass to teamate or not & his pass completion is way above the others.

He has also played more minutes & often higher up the pitch both factors making the higher percentage even more impressive.

I agree he does give it away cheaply too often & is devoid of confidence but he isn't be judged on a level playing field against the sheer Dross served up in this England team.

I hate to say it but as soon as Roy handed him the No 22 shirt and took the No 8 shirt of him he should have realized he wasn't going. He's only 22 and now the hype may subside. It might be the best thing for his career long term although he could also be another Rodwell.

No wonder he looks lost playing on the left, Roy you goon!

Play him in the middle ffs, we've only been saying it for 2 seasons.
Lately he's been rubbish there too. He's playing like he did last season after he came back from his injury. He needs a manager who will coach him well.

btw - I don't think Emery would be good for him. I rate Emery but I don't think that is one of his strengths.
