Credit to the lad, he has knuckled down and it is starting to pay off. So glad he didn't go away with the England U21's in the summer.

One of very few players we have where the opposition can have 5 players on him and its still 50/50 who's coming out with the ball. Just keep the off balance shots out of his game and he's pure class.

If he can keep this type of performances for the whole season and will stay healthy, I truly believe we have a realistic hope for a top 4 finish.

Ross is playing with a high level of confidence that is just great to see. Sure, he makes a few mistakes but he's learning not to dwell on it and just get on with the game, and some of his close control today when under pressure was much, much better than last season.
