Something will have to be done with Ross. He will either have to nail down the 10 role or the 8 role. I think he's more suited to an 8 and think he has all the attributes to play that role but Martinez didn't make him focus enough on the defensive aspects. However I think he would be more destructive as a 10. I think with the right manager he could be Gerardesque with his goals and assists output if he got closer to the striker. He has scored 12 goals in a season where he completely fell away.
