If Norman does arrive at Goodison we are in for some interesting times. Players, l like Ross, will have to deliver. Koeman appears to be a straight talker and have a bit if steel about him, can't see him telling players they were phenomenal when they are not.
With Koeman or without him this is the season Ayers have to produce.
