He had players bouncing off him and he's only 17
 

Made up he wont get a sniff this summer.

We need him back fresh pre-season to get fit and show everyone just how good he is, including unfortunately some strange Evertonians who slate him at every opportunity.

No I agree mate but some seem to look for things to criticise him for even when playing well.

His stats are impressive and he was playing under an utter buffoon for the last 3 seasons.

Whilst I agree he was playing under abnormal tactics for a buffoon, I think the general consensus in those criticising barkley is that he simply should have been doing much better. The impressive stats you mention are misleading when he was anonymous for most of the second half of the season, and this is why he probably didn't deserve to be in the England squad.

Is anyone worried about him going? Seems to be all Stones/Rom links but last summer he was off to City/United and this season - whilst fading - put up better numbers. I don't think he'll go just seems strange people aren't mentioning it.

Don't really matter if he does, most of last season he was tepid !!
 

Ross needs to shed some weight. He's too bulky. He needs a number 10 pushing him aswell. Maybe he played too many games without a rest last year. Still an exciting player. Every team in the league would want him in there side I believe.

Different types of players mate. Wouldnt want Ross doing a defensive role as I wouldnt want Horrendoson doing a attacking role. Ross is 10x the player than Mcarthy imo, but wouldnt swap the roles they play for Everton
