Exactly. I'm actually fuming over this because it was clear how Barkley was disappointed that he didn't get a shot at the euros, now he's started off the season well, increased his work rate significantly, and is seemingly desperate to prove himself and gets dropped completely for these [Poor language removed] players.

Football or not, the feeling of putting hard work into something, doing well at it and then being completely ignored by your boss is horrible.

Tbf does sam even know how to manage flair players?
Barkley was also praising sam in the interveiw as well. Hope sam had a word with him and not totally ignored him.

But as you mention it, Ali has been utter mince for months, including the Euros, Rooney, fine, but then you see Llanna, flaming Henderson and Walcott in there.

I was quite pleased when Big Sam got the England job. I thought that watching England wouldn't be the chore that it has become, but after seeing that squad I'd prefer to do the washing up than watch them. Absolutely gutted for Ross though.
