Today was another of those games that Ross should have taken by the scruff of the neck and absolutely dominated.

He is unable to make runs and slow things down in attack. He often takes too much time to think what to do in attacking position. Must improve decision making in order to to go further as a player.

How does a central player boss a game when the tactics are to hoof it out wide?

Today, anything half decent came through him - he put Rom through, he built up the Bolasie chance, almost scored.

Their entire team does. Theyre set up for that. When he goes, a player covers etc. Who covers Ross? No one.
