RB tries his best but has to give up looks around has to twist and turn as the nearest player up front is isolated ot thee rest are stoon on the six yard box back in defence - our one man midfield!

It's sad that we haven't anybody better...In fact it's sad that we have nobody better to replace rather a lot of them...including him

Barkley is the new Danny Cadamarteri/Franny Jeffers/Whoever else. Looked like an amazing player but the truth is very quickly becoming apparent he isn't the talent we thought at all. Will be in the Championship sooner than the Champions League.

You'd subject a young kid that has talent and is struggling exactly the same as an experienced, aged international footballer? That's the problem, right there.

Very disappointing lately. Totally looks lost out there. No inspiration for Lukaku whom has lost inspiration at the same time. Fix Barkley and Lukaku will be on song again. If you can't fix him then will remain dire.

Ross Barkley is an experienced international footballer. He's played over 100 Premier League games and about 22 internationally.

Read my post again "experienced, aged". So it's ok to turn a kid, to such an extent he's too scared to try anything in case the crowd gets on his back, because that's what young players can do, hide. Its not just recent, from what I can remember he was getting it at least 2 years ago too. It obviously hasn't done Ross any favours. We are SUPPORTERS at the end of the day.

Why does it matter how old someone is if they're an established senior player? Are you ageist?

I'd like to see Ross in a side with more players who pass and move into space, generally a midfield with more legs and clever movement. Until then I won't give up on him because there is a player in there.

I agree, think Barkley would flourish with somebody like Mata / Silva operating on one of our wings
