According to a spurs fan , they phoned his agent half way through the Chelsea deal to say they will defo have him in January.
They didn't reach our valuation, so they had no right to even approach our player. Barkleys preference of the clubs is irrelevant if said club doesn't want to pay what he is worth.

I think Ross has been backed into a corner by poor management from Ronald and felt like he had no option but to seek a move. I think we need to look at the part Ronald has played in all of this. It's all well and good saying we like his no nonsense approach, but he only appears to have one approach, maybe he needs to recognise that each individuals needs are different and improve his own man management skills.

Sadly I don't think we'll see this improvement in Ronalds skill set and as a result there'll be continual fallouts with players and he'll depart for a bigger pay day leaving us with a disheartened broken squad.

That doesn't justify the personal abuse continually aimed at him for a while now. Not one bit. You don't pay money to have the right to give one eyed abuse to one of your own.

I agree mate. I think the sooner we get rid of the large headed Dutch whopper the better. Like Moshiri said we are a Family and Koeman is causing splits in the family.

Koeman offered him a new contract . He declined. He was holding the club to ransom , the club moved on.

No he doesn't though does he? Just because you can't cope with the idea that he may want to further his career doesn't mean you have the right to abuse him.

Calm yourself down and think about how he has been treated. If you went into work and you heard your manager continually criticising you would you be happy with it? You sit down with him and have a chat and think you've resolved it, then he heads straight back out and criticises you again.

Ronald has played this poorly IMHO.
