I really wish people would stop making excuses for Ross Barkley wanting out, especially on a free at the end of the season.

At least Rooney got us a decent fee when he bailed all this years ago.

This particular “Evertonian” looks like he would be happy to just get as big a signing on fee for himself where he can get it.
