It would be interesting to see them together for sure, but the side has move forward from the one that Ross looked ok in, with Davies coming through in midfield, and the signings of Sigurdsson and Rooney he just dosent have a place in the starting 11, plus we might add one or two more players in Jan, if so Spurs bench is going to be far more attractive then ours

Lets put it anotger way, who sits on the bench so Barkley can play? We didn't move on in terms of how well we have been playing thanks to Koeman, but striker aside, and Barkley isn' a striker, he has as much of a chance of starting regular for Everton as Mirallas
It’s a moot point as I think he’s going but an midfield 3 of Barkley on the right , Siggy in the middle and Bolassie on the left , behind a proper CF would create and score a fair few goals.
As I said he’s off just waiting to get fit.
