Except that his latest injury happened in training , early in the season , after the original transfer broke down .

Others have said this is untrue. Stating the injury occurred on 14th August. The transfer broken down on 31st August.

Don’t wanna go of topic mate and all that. But he’s not kept any of our stars, he’s not put the money in from his own pockets? Hasn’t he Borrowed us it?

You know how I know he’s not ambitious? Our current manager.

Its already been confirmed by the club that morshiri's put over £150 million into the club so far of his own money and has converted it into equity already. Something both the city and chelsea owners have done. Except that it took the chelsea owner 9 years to convert his from a loan to equity.

If we had shown the ambition you wanted we would of gotten silva from Watford in and be in a bigger mess then after the Southampton game. We were conceding a minimum of two goals a game. We didnt need a manager thats all attack and cant defend. We needed a manager who could sort out a defence. We got what we needed. Having "ambition" as you liked to call it probably would of gotten us relagated.

People were saying this at the time but I just can't see it. All Chelsea had to do was say that he failed his fitness test and nobody, not even us, would have battered an eyelid. Why let the player be hung out to dry with his own club and fans.

No it was definitely Barkley's choice at the time, most probably on the advice of his agent. Why?. Who knows. Personally I think he's been holding out for his preference, Spurs, plans that have been scuppered by them now changing their minds

Right but it’s not Barkley fault Chelsea wanted to wait and get him on cheap due to his injury or whatever... so not sure how he personally has cost us £20m. The physio who supposedly got fired for masssaging him wrong leading to the hammy injury is more to blame... provided that rumour is legit.

He deliberately run his contract down to 12 months then 6 months. He screwed the club big time.

I said a few years back he's an excellent player in the Ross mould and in the main is strating to show his quality now with Palace.

He's now got three-four players ahead of him at Chelsea.

He should be our priority target for the summer.

I highly doubt Barkley refused to play, if he is fit and not playing it will probably be down to a mutual agreeement... the club won’t want to risk him tweaking his hammy again, it would kill our last and only chance of getting a fee for him.

For me getting 6 points against wba and Bournemouth or getting past liverpool tonight. Is worth more then 15 million to this club.
