I'm undecided. There are times you can see Ross has class and I think is a better player than he gets credit for. However, there are games when he is average at best, probably worse than that.

I remember by the time we sold Rodwell, that many people thought it was good business and he was never going to be the player he was hyped up to be. With Ross, I get the feeling that most people would be delighted if he did a U turn and signed a new deal today

I think he will flourish at a new club. He has a point to prove to his blue doubters.

I agree mate. I know you were a fan of Martinez, which is fair enough.
But the same people baiting you in every thread by constantly bringing him up is poor form IMO, and doesn't aid discussion to the relevant threads.

@hktoffee needs to restrict his posts on any former manager - but especially Martinez - to TWO appropriate threads.

Hahahaha, yeah and he bottled it by letting us get beat by crap like palace and Southampton. Costing us a champions leauge place. His greatest achevment at this club was getting a europa leauge spot.

Something koeman has already done.

But you're right not the thread for it and I'd like to forget we ever had that manager that had us playing worse football then wba.

I think if ross does leave and goes to a top 4 side like spurs. You'll see his stock rise. He'll be back in the england squad again and he'll be playing for a team that has his position built into the set up. Unlike here where we have to shoehorn him in on the right and give him a free role.

You read this thread back. I was not talking to dave and he just shown up to safeguard his master's dignity. In fact, he did it whenever posters said something bad on RM, he would just come up with the record points winning crap.
