Chicken tikka madras. End of discussion.
One of my favs. My old regular curry house used to do a superb chicken tikka chili madras. The same but just extra green chili. Not quite as hot as a Vindaloo, but got it close. Was right on the edge of my spice limit while still being enjoyable.

Chicken or Lamb Sagwala is another favorite, which is a milder spinach based curry, very fragrant. Goes well with the veg pilau.

I went to a rather nice South Indian Kerala restaurant in the midlands a couple of months back and had a dish there which was like a slow cooked, stewed lamb curry with lemon rice. It was absolutely incredible! 🤤

Yeh I’m decent with spice and prefer more to less but vindaloo doesn’t really have a nice enough taste to put up with it. My friend who thinks he can handle spice was almost crying off my local’s chicken tikka madras which was, as we were on a double date at the time, very amusing.
